Parking and access
The property is accessed via a double-wide white-shell drive which provides ample parking for cars and or trailers with an additional covered parking spot under the house.
Patio
Most of the space under the house is given over to entertaining. In the shade and cool is a 500 square foot private area with picnic table, chairs and gas barbecue. That area is linked on one side to the stars up to the main living area and on the other links to the downstairs room (which is used for storage of pool chairs and floats) and bathroom.
